The Practice of Ally Work

The practice of ally work was developed by Dr. Jeffrey Raff as a way to connect with the ally — known across contemplative traditions as the inner guide and teacher. In this group session we’ll follow a structure developed by Barnaby Willett to support people in establishing and developing their practice. The structure follows a series of reflection and sharing prompts to help us orient to the ally, while feeling supported by community.

Limited to four participants. If you have not attended a prior “Practice of Ally Work” session, please contact us to schedule a 30-minute Zoom orientation as a prerequisite.

If you're registered but unable to attend, please cancel your registration through the Zoom confirmation email you received so that someone else may register for the available spot.

Note: This is a participatory event where we learn through shared experience and reflection. To foster connection and community, we request that all participants join with cameras on and be ready to engage in dialogue and sharing throughout our time together.
