Please note: UK/European Daylight Saving Time ends on October 25 (1 week before North America), temporarily shifting this session 1 hour earlier for those based in the UK and Europe (5:00 PM UK / 6:00 PM CEST).
One of the most challenging, and fruitful, aspects of the practice of ally work is integrating the learnings into our lives and our actions.
All I Do is intended to support experienced practitioners of ally work in integrating the ally’s guidance into one’s life in meaningful ways.
All I Do is a 3-session offering taking place each quarter of the year. We’ll meet once a month and bring a focal area of our lives that we’d like to develop with the support of the practice of ally work — in other words, with the support of the ally.
We can think of All I Do as a form of what is described in the educational field as project-based learning. Project-based learning is “a teaching method in which students learn by actively engaging in real-world and personally meaningful projects.”
In order to make best use of the 3-sessions, participants in All I Do will arrive in the first session already having decided on the project they’d like to focus on. Such projects will be highly personal in nature and you may focus them on interior or exterior dimensions of your life as you wish.
We each are tasked, are guided, in unique ways by the ally, fitting to our differentiated identities. All I Do is a way to offer both focus and community support for developing meaningful integration of what we are called to in our practice.
Prerequisites: The prequisite for All I Do is having attended at least once each of An Introduction to Ally Work, Ally Work Questions, and The Practice of Ally Work.
Please intend to attend all three sessions of All I Do over the 3-month cycle. This cycle will run from October to December on the dates of October 25th, November 22nd, and December 27th.
Sessions do not have a monetary cost, but ask each person for their attention, contribution to discussion, and presence on camera.
